Q. I continually only get the first few emails through and then it crashes

A. You could well have an email with a virus or other malicious content in it that your email client is unable to handle. You need to delete this message from the server. One option to do this is to use and in the advanced login enter your pop address, account name and password exactly as you do in your email client (Outlook or Outlook Express possibly). Then delete (without reading) all suspicious emails, or at least the one following the last you receive. Then re-try reading your emails in the normal way.
